playR Strengthens IPL Footprint with Multi-Team Merchandise Partnerships for 2026 Season

Lucknow: playR, a fast-growing sports athleisure, equipment and lifestyle brand, has reinforced its presence in the Indian Premier League through a series of official merchandise partnerships with leading franchises for the 2026 season.

Founded in late 2021, playR has rapidly built a diverse portfolio spanning sports apparel, cricket equipment, accessories and training gear—blending performance-focused products with everyday lifestyle wear. The brand has expanded its reach through e-commerce platforms and multi-brand retail outlets, while steadily growing its association with major sporting properties.

As part of its IPL journey, playR has partnered with 8 out of 10 franchises since inception, serving as Official Merchandise Partner across multiple seasons. Its previous collaborations include Mumbai Indians (2022–2024), Rajasthan Royals (2023–2024), Punjab Kings (2023–2024), Kolkata Knight Riders (2024), and Gujarat Titans (2025).

For the 2026 season, the brand continues its partnerships with Chennai Super Kings (since 2023) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (since 2025), while adding Lucknow Super Giants to its roster as an Official Merchandise Partner from 2026 onwards.

Through these collaborations, playR will design, manufacture and distribute official jerseys, fan wear and lifestyle merchandise, enabling supporters to connect more deeply with their favourite teams. The brand’s fan-centric collections aim to extend team identity beyond the मैदान through high-quality apparel and accessories.

Beyond cricket, playR is expanding across multiple sports categories including gym and fitness, pickleball, swimming, running and training. The brand is also actively partnering with teams, amateur leagues, corporate tournaments and sporting communities in India and abroad.
